How do I Reapply for my Customers?

Great question! The answer depends on a few things.

If the customer has applied within the last 30 days, please reach out to our support team using the live chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. 

If the customer applied outside of the last 30 days, the customer needs to log into their PayPossible account and click the "Re-Apply" button to see if they have any credit availability.
