What happens if a Customer is Declined?

The customer will be notified through our Dashboard if they did not receive any offers, and will receive an Adverse Action letter from our Payment Solution Providers (PSP) detailing their true credit score, and the reason for the decline.
PayPossible also partners with credit repair companies should the customer be interested in that opportunity.
Given that PayPossible partners with PSPs covering the full credit spectrum -- from deep subprime to prime -- we hope that we can provide options for everyone regardless of credit history.
